During the course, you will examine what modern project management means in today’s changing business environment and what kinds of skills, tools, and approaches successful project managers need. The course covers topics such as project planning and scheduling, stakeholder management, teamwork, communication, risk management, and different project management approaches, including both traditional and agile methods. The course also explores the growing role of AI and how artificial intelligence can support project management and decision-making.
