• can recognize and argue for the importance of diversity, inclusion and equity at work. 
• can analyze and critically evaluate how gender and diversity/difference are done at the level of interaction, organizational practices, and society.
• knows the benefits and pitfalls of diversity management and the basic tools used in DM practices.
• can identify and develop theoretically founded evidence-based interventions and practices that promote diversity, inclusion and equity.
