Upon completing the course, the student recognizes key approaches to workplace well-being and can apply them to understand employee well-being and its prerequisites in the work context. After the course, the student will have insight into how workplace well-being can be managed, supported, and promoted within organizations. The course enhances the student's ability to solve problems using various methods and scientific knowledge. It also develops the student's ability to work as part of different groups, including virtually organized teams. Additionally, the course offers opportunities to improve collaboration skills for the business environment, self-care, self-management, and IT skills.
