The course explores the key aspects of audit and accounting legislation. The auditing section covers topics such as audit obligations, the scope of auditing, the approval and supervision of auditors, auditor liability for damages, and sustainability reporting assurance. In the field of accounting law, the course examines topics such as accounting obligations, fundamental principles and definitions of accounting, and international financial reporting standards.

After completing the course, the student will be familiar with the regulatory framework and key principles of auditing and accounting law. The student will understand the qualification requirements for auditors and have knowledge of auditing financial statements, bookkeeping, and administration. The student will also have basic knowledge of sustainability reporting assurance. Additionally, the student will master the fundamentals of accounting law and the systematic structure of the Accounting Act. The student will understand bookkeeping requirements and the significance of international financial reporting standards.
