After completing the course, the student will be able to: * name and describe the most important financial statement calculations and their purposes * define key concepts related to financial statements and financial statement analysis (incl. sustainability reporting (ESG) as well as key international financial reporting practices) * adjust and analyze the financial statements of a limited company (FAS) according to the guidelines of the Finnish Business Research Association * calculate and analyze the most important financial statement key figures measuring profitability, liquidity, efficiency and solvency * The course develops the student's analytical thinking, written expression and teamwork skills.
