Development of Information System

In the course, the basics of the information system development process are covered, such as how the development work can be phased and what tasks are included in the different phases of the development work. The course introduces the lifecycle of the information system development process and various phase division models such as the waterfall model and agile methods. The course examines the role of information processing activities as part of the company's operations and development. The course introduces methods used in information system design, such as ER diagrams, data flow diagrams, use case diagrams, and swimlane diagrams, as well as related tools. Additionally, the course covers the basics of user interface design.
