Performance Management and Compensation

This is an advanced-level Master’s course that requires relevant prior university-level studies in the field.

After completing the course, the student will be familiar with the key theories, models, and methods of performance management and reward systems. Students will gain an understanding of the strategic significance of rewards and performance evaluation for organizational operations, their psychological impact on individuals, and the related challenges from a managerial perspective. The student will develop a strong theoretical foundation for understanding the effects of performance management and reward practices. Additionally, the student will build their own perspective on the significance of performance management and rewards in organizations from both economic and ethical viewpoints.

Eligibility: Master's students in Human Resource Management. Quota for LIKE students is 10. Five places have been reserved for open university students on this course.
