Competence is viewed as a prerequisite for organizational success, requiring systematic development at individual, group, and organizational levels.
Key themes include managing organizational capabilities, defining and assessing required competencies, methods for competence development, organizing development initiatives, and evaluating their impact. The learning focus is on essential theories in the field and practical case studies.
The course also enhances students' oral and written communication skills while improving their ability to organize and manage development processes effectively.
