Law of Organizations

The course is recommended to be completed after the Business Law and Business Ethics (Talousoikeus ja liiketoiminnan etiikka) course.

After completing the course, the student will understand the regulations concerning the establishment of key organizational forms of business, as well as the rules regarding power and responsibility relationships. The student will be able to utilize this knowledge in practical decision-making within business operations. The course promotes the UN's Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 16: Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions, as well as (SDG 17): Partnerships for the Goals. The course examines effective and responsible forms of business operations.
