Managing International Business Networks

The course offers introduction to network research and its application in international business from the inter-organizational and interpersonal level.
The central themes include: the main theoretical network approaches, business-to-business and public-private relationship, internationalization processes, entrepreneurial networks, digital supply networks, sustainable supply networks and Circular Economy. The knowledge can be applied, for example, in the context of supplier-customer relationship management, supply- and distribution networks, alliances and joint ventures, and in situations such as mergers and acquisitions.
Academic visitors offer up-to-date knowledge and case examples of the main course topics. Business practitioners provide practical and experience-based discussions of the course themes.
