Management Accounting in Practice and Theory

Management accounting in practice and theory in an international context. The course gives a versatile description about how these systems are designed, implemented, used and what are their consequences and the critical points in implementation and use.
The course is based on case and survey based journal articles, case books and literature, which consider management accounting in different countries from different practical and theoretical points of views. Real life cases and exercises are emphasized and conducted in cooperation with companies whenever possible.
