Student is familiar with legally relevant lines of thinking of business partners from different countries. Student recognizes risks arising from legal differences and is able to take these into account and to control them.
Student is familiar with the role of international organizations in transnational trade. Student can manage and understand transnational contracts of trade and finance. Student embraces the essential payment methods and financial guarantees in transnational trade and finance transactions. Student understands the regulation of different carriage modes in international trade.
