Upon completion of the course, the student is familiar with the essential rights and duties of the parties to an employment and civil service relationship and will be able to assess the legal aspects of an employment and civil service relationship. For example, the student will know the prerequisites for terminating an employment agreement and concluding a fixed-term employment contract, as well as the key content of official responsibility. The student will be able to use sources of employment law and solve legal problems related thereto as well as provide recommendations for action in employment relations.
