Advanced Studies in Administrative and Constitutional Law

Tämä on maisteritutkinnon syventävän tason opintojakso, joka edellyttää opintojaksojen HTK1300 Julkisen toiminnan oikeudelliset erityispiirteet, HTK 2305 Hallinto-oikeus ja HTK2304 Perus- ja ihmisoikeudet tietoja ennen kurssin aloittamista.

The student will have a good command of legal issues in administrative and constitutional law and be familiar with current discussions in the field. The student will be able to independently identify the key connections between administrative law problems and fundamental and human rights, and analyze and solve legal issues from the perspective of fundamental rights, human rights, and the constitution. The student will practice scientific writing before starting the research seminar.

The course deepens the mastery of the following common learning objectives of the major in Public Law: the ability to evaluate public activities from a legal perspective and the ability to solve legal interpretation issues encountered in working life and identify relevant legal sources. Additionally, the student will develop problem-solving and critical thinking skills. In terms of sustainable development, the goal is to learn to develop effective, responsible, and transparent institutions at all levels.
