After completing the course, the student is prepared for seminar work in the field of game studies and they are familiar with different research methods to research analogue and digital games and the cultures formed around them. The student is able to examine play as a part of agency within digital cultures. They can also reflect their own experience and existing knowledge and to approach them theoretically.
