This course aims to help students build theoretical foundations in major areas of Finance, including Asset Pricing, Corporate Finance, Investments, Derivatives and Financial Markets, and give them opportunities to learn and practice financial problem solving. By the end of this course, students will be able to understand and apply knowledge related to valuation, risk, returns, appreciation and depreciation, and basic financial analysis. The course will familiarize students with how these concepts are used in institutional and personal financial decision-making, and help them think analytically about financial processes.
