This is an advanced-level Master’s course that requires suitable prior higher education studies in the field. Please check possible prerequisites in the section “Prerequisites”.
The course explores how companies create, develop, and transform business models in different industries and business environments. You will gain insight into the key theoretical frameworks and analytical tools used in business model analysis and strategic business development.
The course has a strong practical focus. You will apply the frameworks and tools to real-life company cases and learn how business models can be analyzed, evaluated, and developed in practice. At the same time, you will strengthen your strategic thinking and develop your ability to identify new business opportunities and support business growth in different organizational contexts.
