Learning outcomes:

On completion of the course, students will be able to:

interpret and compose written business documents and correspondence.
recognize the style differences in business communication.
conduct business meetings, negotiations, and present themselves and their ideas appropriately
provide useful input to group tasks and constructive, politely expressed feedback to peers
