Advanced Course in Quality and Reliability Management

Content of the course consists of quality management in its different modes in various industries; quality standards and integrated management systems; connection between quality and strategy and measurement frameworks; quality systems assessments, audits and maturity models; quality management in projects; reliability procedures within a company; quality and reliability management in the future (impact of digitalization etc.); ethical issues in the context of managerial process.
Learning outcomes: What you should know after you have completed the course. By the end of the course, students will learn

Course develops oral, written and interpersonal skills, critical and analytical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills and organizational operation. The course also deals with ethical issues in the context of managerial process and critically considers how knowledge and application of ethical norms enhances the image and service of a company.
