The aim of this course is introduce approaches how to analyse multi-dimensional images and big datasets from the perspective of a biomedical or life sciences student.
After the course student:

understands the motivation for methods used in automated image analysis
knows how to apply and build pipelines for automated quantitative analysis of microscope images
understands why and how to validate image analysis pipelines
is able to make justified selection of approaches for producing quantitative analysis for image data
