Developing an impactful business model

The student will

• Analyse the key components of a triple layered business model and evaluate how value proposition, customer segments, revenue streams, and cost structure interact to create sustainable value.
• Apply sustainability principles to business model design by integrating environmental, social, and economic considerations into strategic decision-making.
• Evaluate market opportunities and customer needs to validate business ideas and justify strategic choices.
• Create an impactful business model using established frameworks and revise it iteratively based on feedback, demonstrating adaptive thinking and problem-solving.
• Construct and present a coherent business model pitch, demonstrating the ability to synthesise complex information and communicate value, feasibility, and impact to diverse audiences.
