Student

• Understands the importance of a safety culture
• Identifies various hazardous events and the factors contributing to their occurrence
• Understands hazardous events and their management from the perspective of the patient, client, and their relatives, as well as their rights
• Applies the basic principles of reporting, monitoring, and managing hazardous events, and learning from them
• Analyzes the significance of a non-punitive safety culture in collaborative learning and staff support

•   Understand the concept of the “second victim” and the importance of its operational model in supporting staff after adverse events (5 op)
