Supporting Well-being in Educational Environments

After completing the course, the student will be able to:

• Identify activities that promote and maintain well-being and the factors that enhance these activities in educational and training environments
• Understand the connection between teachers' stress regulation, occupational well-being, and the quality of pedagogical work
• Recognize methods to prevent and reduce bullying
  The course develops the following generic skills: recognizing and developing one's own expertise.
