The significance and value of nursing leadership

After completing the study unit, the student will be able to

• Identify the societal significance of nursing leadership
• Understands the significance and value of nursing leadership as part of multidisciplinary and multi-disciplinary welfare service management
• Analyze and evaluate the management of the complexity of nursing and welfare services
• Evaluate and develop interaction skills in nursing leadership
