Working methods

Content scheduling

The course is primarily conducted online in Itslearning.
The course begins with an online introduction session on 1 September from 9:00 to 10:00 (Teams). The course is largely automated and does not include regular face-to-face teaching. However, it includes two scheduled online lectures on 27 October and 27 November from 13:00 to 14:00.
In addition, an online/on-campus board game session will be organised on 9 October from 12:00 to 16:00.
The course covers several topical themes, including eutrophication, climate change, ecosystems, human activities, and organisations.
A compulsory online/on-campus role-play discussion will be held on 1 December.
The course concludes with a final exam, which will be held on 8 December.

Teaching methods

The course is based on independent learning, where students earn points through tasks and quizzes. The course follows a timetable, and each component must be completed by its specified deadline.
The course includes one compulsory assignment, which consists of a role-play discussion on 1 December, a pre-task for the discussion, and a mind map completed after the discussion within the discussion group. Please note that all three components must be completed in order to receive points for the discussion assignment.

Exam schedule

The final exam will be held during week 50 or 51. Two resit exam sessions will be offered.
