In today’s global workplace, success is not just about skills or technology; it is about understanding people. This article examines the integration of organisational culture and cultural intelligence, highlighting how this synergy enhances team collaboration, leadership effectiveness, and adaptability within international markets.
However, integrating culture and cultural intelligence does not happen automatically. This article published by TAMK (Tampere University of Applied Sciences) is based on Theshani Dunusinghe’s master’s thesis about enhancing cultural intelligence at XYZ Company during its international expansion.
