Upon successful completion of the course, the student is able to:

analyze motivational factors of individuals and groups in organizational contexts
apply diverse leadership practices to support the goal-oriented performance of individuals and teams
lead teams effectively and evaluate and develop team dynamics and performance
explain the significance of systematic competence and learning management as a strategic success factor
utilize appropriate leadership and development tools to support organizational learning
critically evaluate leadership theories and models to identify prevailing practices and development needs in organizations
assess the impacts of digitalization and artificial intelligence on leadership and competence development and evaluate their opportunities and challenges in future leadership work.
