In this course, you dive into the different dimensions of diversity and deepen your knowledge of the matter. You will learn to assess the current state of your organization's diversity, build future images and convert diversity into a concrete competitive advantage.

- understanding the current state of the organization's diversity and the future picture
- megatrends and silent signals in future development
- definition and prioritization of development measures in the organization
