After completing the course the student

• Can lead effectively as a supervisor with a humane approach
• Is capable of purposefully evaluating and developing own supervisory work.
• Understands the comprehensive nature of fairness in leadership and can apply these principles
  in her management practices.
• Can consider individuality in leadership and communication.
• Can handle challenging situations effectively

The course materials include online resources, topic-related articles, and books. The specific learning materials will be announced on the Moodle course platform at the start of the course.

The course fee is 75 euros for the open university of applied sciences students. Another option is an annual fee of 350 euros, which covers the tuition fees for the next 12 months at the Savonia open university of applied sciences.

Graduates from Savonia may study Savonia’s Open UAS courses free of charge if the studies are started within one year of graduation. The right to study is valid for one year.
