Career management in tourism, hospitality, and restaurant sector (Tour4Youth)

The course supports EQF levels 4-6 in advancing careers towards sustainable, quality careers in the tourism, hospitality, and restaurant sectors. After completing each section (4), a participant gains a skills badge on the topic. By completing the course, you have studied 5 ECTS credits, and earned a certificate to show your improved skills. The course is provided by the Tour4Youth project, which is funded by the Interreg Central Baltic Programme.

The course is formed of four sections:

Introduction: Kicking off the career management course in tourism, hospitality, and restaurant sectors
Section 1: Who am I? Self-awareness and career identity (skills badge)
Section 2: Where to go? Exploring career opportunities (skills badge)
Section 3: How to do it? Job-seeking strategies and networking (skills badge)
Section 4: How to take the steps? Taking action towards employment (skills badge)
Completing the course: Gaining the certificate (skills badge)
