Process and quality management (OPEN UNI)

The course is a holistic offering on quality and quality management. We start off from the basic assumptions of quality and quality management, and their role in the culture and strategy of an organisation. Subsequently we move on towards daily operations, as we discuss product and service quality, process modeling, performance measurement and quality management systems. The modern improvement philosophies Lean and Six Sigma form a key role in the course. Finally we discuss the roles of human resource management and teamwork in the course context, and quality in the contemporary landscape of twin transition and platform economy.
