Do you want to better understand learning challenges and individual learning needs? This course offers you an in-depth look at learning difficulties and how we can support each learner on their unique learning journey.
The course covers topics such as:
- key learning difficulties and comorbidity (e.g., attention and executive function challenges, reading difficulties, mathematical difficulties, visuospatial learning difficulties)
- factors shaping learning (e.g., hereditary background, motivation, home environment, social relationships)
- specific learning issues related to immigrant background
- starting points for supporting learning
