In this independently studied course, you will learn about the ways in which legislation in Finland affects the publication and use of information. In the course, you will examine not only legislation, but also various ethical aspects related to the subject, for example in a library context. You will also explore the issues of information influencing, hate speech and disinformation and consider the social implications of these issues.
