Customer-oriented and secure digital health and social services (OPEN UNI)

Upon completion of the course the student will be able to:

define the concepts of customer orientation, customer involvement and security in digital health and social services.

identify various digital customer-oriented solutions, services and products used in social and healthcare.

define the starting points of the development of customer-oriented and secure health and social services.

Current literature, scientific publications, online learning material.

Suitable as a minor subject in the Bachelor's or Master's degree in Health Sciences (SA2023SOTEDIGI) or as a single course for free elective studies.

Course is suitable to anyone interested of the topic, regardless of their undergraduate degree.
