Entrepreneurial competencies and resilience (OPEN UNI)
In the course, you will learn what the resilience of an entrepreneur and a company is and how to strengthen it. In addition, we will examine the drivers of change in the business environment and develops entrepreneurs’ future competencies by learning how to leverage change.

The course includes theory and practical exercises. In the exercises of the course, theories of resilience are applied to one's own life, a company or a company under development.
You will learn to recognize the forces of change in the company's operating environment and develop the entrepreneur's future skills by making use of the change. After completing the course, the student understands the connection of resilience to successful business.
