Entrepreneurial competencies and resilience (OPEN UNI)
How can entrepreneurs and businesses stay strong amid constant change? This course provides practical tools for strengthening resilience and developing future-oriented skills, enabling change to be turned into a competitive advantage.

The course includes theory and practical exercises. In the exercises of the course, theories of resilience are applied to one's own life, a company or a company under development.
You will learn to recognize the forces of change in the company's operating environment and develop the entrepreneur's future skills by making use of the change. After completing the course, the student understands the connection of resilience to successful business.
