After the course the student is able to: • know health management science´s place in the field of different sciences, knows the history of health management science • focal scientific research and concepts of health management science as well as use organizational and administrative theories in social and health management • critically evaluate own knowledge and development needs as a manager, leader and specialist • analyze the competence requirements of today working life in social and health care
