Elementary Course in Portuguese II (OPEN UNI)

The course introduces the basic structures of Portuguese grammar and the basic vocabulary. Listening, reading and pronunciation exercises, as well as discussion and writing exercises. The course will help you develop your interaction skills in Portuguese and introduce you to the cultures of Portuguese-speaking countries. Topics include e.g., information technology, working life, hometown, environment, free time, hobbies, health, asking for services, making telephone calls, booking a hotel room, holiday trips, Portuguese-speaking countries and their cultures. Talking about past events. Grammatical structures include e.g., present of indicative and conjunctive, imperative, simple perfect, conjunctive perfect, past tense, conditional, conjunctions, relative pronouns, word oder in main clause and subordinate clause.
