Agile Management Practices in Micro-enterprises (OPEN UNI)

The business environment for micro-enterprises is constantly changing, creating new business opportunities. In this course you will learn how to respond to new business opportunities using agile management methods. The course provides both theory and concrete tools for agile management of a company to gain a competitive advantage. In addition, the course teaches the concepts and principles of rapid and experimental productisation and service delivery in rapidly changing product and service development environments.
