Approaches to English Language Studies (OPEN UNI)

Recommended optional programme components:
The course is an independent entity and does not require additional studies carried out at the same time.

Students completing the course should be able to

• display an understanding of the main areas of language studies in which research is conducted in the unit of English,
• recognize the research approaches and the main concepts within these areas, and
• read and understand research in different areas of language studies.
