I analyse the main evaluation concepts, trends and the relationships between them.
I evaluate and apply various methods and indicators of evaluation of performance and effectiveness (efficiency, productivity, impact, effectiveness) in practice.
I design a needs-based co-creation solution to a management or practical work-related challenge.
I use co-creation methods and evaluate the effectiveness of the solution in developing evidence-based practice management.
I analyse his/her process of becoming a manager from the perspective of evidence-based practice management and knowledge management.
