You understand the principles of strategic management are able to implement strategy based development projects using Hoshin-planning.
You are aware of essential leadership theories and you are able to apply them both in developing your own leadership skills and in practicing your role as a supervisor.
You understand and are able to pay attention to the significanse of theories of organisatiol cultures, motivation, systems thinking and learning organisations in the contects of Lean improvement projets.
You are familiar with the basic principles of change management, team development and learning theories and are able to use thosen in managing Lean-development projects.
