Project Planning for Renovation Projects

The starting themes of the course are building maintenance activities, such as long-term planning (PTS), maintaining a building in optimal condition through renovations, property portfolio and the life cycle concept. The second section examines various goals that initiate a renovation project. In addition, the change in the building's purpose is examined as a theme that triggers the renovation. Loft living is used as an example. The section also examines taking building protection into account in renovation and line renovation. The third section examines the phases and principles of an indoor climate-oriented renovation project and an energy-oriented renovation project. Finally, we examine the concepts and principles of cost management in a renovation project, as well as the tools for managing renovation finances.
