Welcome to a course where you will learn how citizens use digital services in the social and health care sector and how to make use of the personal information they contain. You will learn how to guide clients to reliable sources of information and electronic guidance material. You will also explore the secondary use of information, its ethical aspects and the importance of information exchange for quality of care and patient safety.
