The students

• knows how to develop their language skills independently during and after the professional studies
• recognises and understands the situational variations of language, especially the differences between formal and informal forms of language
• understands different types of texts related to social work and can refer to and discuss them
• can produce clear and structured texts on topics related to the social sector and are also able to participate in oral discussions related to their own field
• demonstrates language skills are at the skill level B1.2 - B2.1 as defined in the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.
