Would you like to understand how technically demanding industrial and technology companies operate and succeed? Come and study the different aspects of business holistically, from management to sales and from supply chain management to project operations.

• Leadership and management, including strategy, management system and leadership
• Finance, company performance and performance measurement, including productivity and quality
• Technical sales of products or services in the business to business context
• Operations management
• Supply chain management, including sourcing, production and logistics
• Project operations
Depending on the background of the student group, the course will contain 1–2 more advanced sessions on some of the following:
o Operations management in a product oriented company (including management of operations for physical products, supply chain management and ERP systems)
o Operations management in ICT business (including IT systems in a business context, management of IT services, ITIL)
o Sales of technology (including solution sales, tendering, negotiation skills, pricing)
o Technical purchasing
o Technological entrepreneurship (including starting a company and writing a business plan for a technology innovation)
o First-line management
o Logistics and the impact of logistics on company performance
o Service business focused on technical solutions and services, e.g. IT services and business project processes (including managing services, IT for service management)
