• can recognize and distinguish between different pedagogical and group facilitation approaches and creative activities, and also explain their impact in both individual and group settings
• is able to identify the individual needs of participants
• can plan and implement creative activities based on the needs of older adults, supporting their participation and quality of life
• can develop their professional competence through reflection
• is able to work flexibly in multidisciplinary professional contexts that utilize participatory art activities
