The purpose of the course is to deepen the student's research and development skills and prepare the student to plan, execute and assess research and development projects by using different types of methodological approaches. The student is able to analyse approaches to change and project management methods and techniques.

Learning outcomes

The student
• is able to design, implement and evaluate a project sustainably
• can participate and lead a project team with collaborative skills that are accountable, ethical and inclusive
• is capable of planning research and development projects choosing appropriate research methods
• has deep insights in the science philosophical grounds of the selected methodological approaches and respective methods
• is able to present the outcomes of their research in a valid form and manner based on the methodological approach
• is able to analyse quantitative and qualitative data.
