The purpose of the study module is to strengthen the student's competence in understanding the connection between age diversity, human resource practices, and organisational performance. Additionally, the aim is to deepen expertise in strategic career management and in shaping organisational culture to support career management.

Upon completion of the course, the student will be able to:

Apply various theoretical perspectives to career management and age management.
Design concrete measures and strategies to strengthen and develop career management within organisations.
