Creativity is increasingly regarded today as a future skill that is not confined solely to artistic creation, but constitutes a critical component of problem-solving, mental health, and adaptability in a changing world. This course includes, among other topics:
- connections between creativity and well-being
- concrete exercises relating to the utilisation of creativity to support invention, problem-solving, and psychological flexibility
- creativity, well-being, and resilience
- creativity as a force for change
- nurturing one’s own creativity as a professional and/or everyday skill.
