The purpose of the course is to strengthen the student's competence in the key principles of career management, which promote the work ability, motivation, and competence of employees of different ages. In addition, the aim is to enhance expertise in issues related to age, career transitions, and workplace personnel practices.

After completing the course module, the student will be able to identify issues and challenges related to employees of different ages and career transitions, as well as understand ways to address them.
